使用任意代理访问 chatgpt 网页版，随后浏览器 F12 控制台搜索关键字 userRegion
注意它前后的相关地理位置信息字段 userRegion、userCountry

上面识别到了具体城市：Istanbul，也就是 伊斯坦布尔，土耳其西北部的一个重要城市，所以就是识别了当前 IP 为土耳其
不过 OpenAI 的支付商渠道风控可能是走自己的安全流程，如 stripe，所以能否支付还需要具体测试，OpenAI 还接入了 Cloudflare，这个 IP 相关位置、风控信息也可能是从 cf 拿的，并不是自己的数据
